Refund & Cancellation Policy

At INCREDIBLE LEGENDS HOLIDAYS, we strive to provide our customers with seamless travel experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to bookings, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

Payment can be made through our authorized payment gateways or bank transfers.

Confirmation vouchers and invoices will be shared via email upon successful booking.
2. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email at marketing@theilh.com.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the tour/package type and time of cancellation before departure:

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus service charges.

15–30 days before departure: 50% of total package cost refundable.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

No refunds will be given for “no-show” or unused services.
3. Cancellation by Company

In rare cases where INCREDIBLE LEGENDS HOLIDAYS cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, insufficient participation, etc.), customers will receive:

A full refund of payments made, OR
-
An option to reschedule or transfer the booking to another tour.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
5. Non-Refundable Services

Visa fees, travel insurance, flight tickets, and other third-party services are non-refundable once issued.

Customized itineraries may also carry non-refundable charges.
